Building Maintenance Personnel/ Porter

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Keep work areas clean to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and organize inventory and other public spaces.
• Collect and return equipment to appropriate areas.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be punctual, dependable, responsible and have a good work ethic.

Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push & pull, etc.
• Ability to work outside/ in changing climates for extended periods of time.

Hours & Benefits:

• This is a part-time position with potential to move into full-time.
• Flexible Hours.
